Decide eligibility or benefits
DoorStopper prices its own Protect service, published at doorstopper.io/pricing. Eligibility, the protection terms, and every benefit decision belong to the named licensed provider, in writing.
How we work
Every DoorStopper engagement starts the same way: a free portfolio review, one scoped workflow under a written proposal, and a service that runs to a written standard.
You bring the portfolio shape, your systems, and how turns, missed payments and owner updates are handled today. We map where work stalls and who carries each handoff, and send you a written summary with the one workflow we would fix first.
The proposal lists what exists at signing, dates each module in development, and states the fee, the milestones and who does what before anything starts. We work from your PMS export, configure the workflow and the update templates in your name, and train your team.
Work runs to closure, property owners are updated with your approval, and you receive a portfolio report each month. Fees follow the published plans; your proposal confirms which apply.
Prices are published at doorstopper.io/pricing. No provider program is approved for public offer today; when one is, the Protect price includes the provider’s program fee. Data terms are agreed in writing before any import.
DoorStopper publishes fixed platform pricing and DoorStopper Protect pricing at doorstopper.io/pricing. No provider program is approved for public offer today; when one is, the published Protect price includes the independent provider's program fee, with no separate provider bill. Your proposal confirms which numbers apply to your portfolio and sets out the implementation milestones. Provider eligibility, the protection terms, and any benefit decision still come from the provider, not from DoorStopper.
The free portfolio review exists now, and one scoped workflow is available by written proposal. The software is in development: every proposal says what exists at signing, which parts of the agreed workflow our team supports directly while a module is still in development, and the milestones for the rest. Provider-backed protection is added only where a licensed provider has approved it in writing.

The provider decides every coverage question. DoorStopper prepares the file and carries the status.

Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted in writing before it starts.
